“Timewise was a very easy transition from the system we used to use. They did almost all of the work up front for us during migration, and taught us what we needed to know to make it a seamless process. It’s a fairly intuitive system with minimal issues, and any time there is one, it is fixed the same day or the next. They have been really open-minded and take suggestions, as we are a clinic and a school, so we use the system a little differently than others. They’re on call and responsive close to 24/7, and I ask a lot of questions! Eric has been my absolute Ace through the entire process.
